Shipping policy
Production Time All Calm Signal Co. products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time After production, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (where available)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, using carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at calmsignalco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
